Description of Servicekb is a vector-based knowledge base platform that enables AI agents to access and search your documents, messages, and other content via the MCP protocol. We process, store, and index your content to make it searchable by AI tools.3. Account RegistrationYou must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.4. Acceptable UseYou agree not to:• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights• Use the Service to store or distribute illegal content• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts• Interfere with or disrupt the Service• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
5. Your ContentYou retain ownership of the content you upload to kb. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, store, and index that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.6. Pricing and Paymentkb offers a free tier with 1,000 vectors. Additional usage requires a paid subscription at $500/month for 10,000 vectors, with additional vectors at $0.05 each. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.7. Service AvailabilityWe strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.8. Limitation of LiabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, a/gentic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.9. TerminationYou may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your content will be deleted within 30 days.10. Governing LawThese terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.11. Changes to TermsWe may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.12.
